Refunds are provided in accordance with the policies of the app platform (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) through which you purchased the subscription, or as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to games, characters, graphics, music, sound effects, text, and code, is owned by or licensed to KidPlay World and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications

6. User-Generated Content
